1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and, together with any engagement letter we issue, the legal services provided by AsokeLegal (“AsokeLegal”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Thailand with offices at 92 Sukhumvit Soi 18, Khwaeng Khlong Toei, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

Content on this website — including eligibility criteria, timelines, and pricing — is general information about Thai visa and legal processes. It is not legal advice for your specific situation. Advice specific to you is provided only after we have assessed your case, and requirements set by Thai authorities and embassies can change without notice.
3. Services and engagement
Our services begin when you pay the initial consultation fee and we confirm your engagement in writing. For DTV visa applications, our service includes eligibility assessment, document preparation and review, application submission guidance, and progress updates through to a decision by the relevant Thai embassy or consulate.
4. Fees and payment structure
- DTV visa legal service: 30,000 THB professional fee — a 5,000 THB initial consultation with our lawyers to begin work, and the 25,000 THB balance due after document preparation is complete.
- Other services (business incorporation, property law, work permits): fees are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.
- The 30,000 THB DTV fee is all-inclusive: it covers both our professional legal services and the 10,000 THB official government visa fee payable to the Thai authorities. For other services, government fees, embassy fees, and third-party costs are quoted separately unless stated otherwise.
5. Consultation fee and refunds
- The 5,000 THB initial consultation fee covers your consultation with our lawyers, your eligibility assessment, and initial document review. It is non-refundable once that work has begun.
- If our assessment concludes you are not eligible, we will tell you before any further payment is due — you pay the balance only when your application is ready to submit.
- The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the Thai authorities. We do not guarantee approval, and our fees pay for professional preparation and representation, not a particular government decision.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. Applications based on false or misleading information can be refused and may have serious immigration consequences; we may terminate an engagement without refund if we discover information provided to us is false.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your documents and case information as confidential and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions of government authorities, changes in law or policy, or delays caused by third parties.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
